Learning Mindset

Over the last eight weeks, I've had the opportunity to delve into various learning strategies and processes applicable to my current courses in the ADL program and my future endeavors as an educator. This experience has heightened my awareness of my mindset within this program. I am committed to continuously stepping outside my comfort zone and practicing the "falling-forward" strategy with new ideas. Embracing the COVA learning approach has allowed me to appreciate my learning journey more deeply, as it requires me to invest my whole self into my work.
Looking ahead in the program, I am eager to implement these strategies to further enhance my personal and professional growth.

Delving into Carol Dweck's strategies for transitioning from a fixed to a growth mindset has been enlightening, providing me with valuable insights and tools to formulate a concrete plan for progress. Moving forward, I am committed to implementing these strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and development in both my journey and that of my students.

Learning Networks

Maintaining a personal learning network (PLN) is crucial for continuous learning and development as an educator. Through the ADL program my PLN will continue to grow and develop.
